Our client in the Manufacturing industry is looking to employ an experienced Technical Support Technician to be based in Elandsfontein, Gauteng.

3 Phase Installation Electrical / Electrical Engineering Diploma qualifications secures.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in Fault finding, System Integration and Solar Installations.
• 3 Phase Installation Electrical / Electrical Engineering Diploma qualifications.
• A wireman’s License is non-negotiable.
• Knowledge of relevant Production-, Engineering-, Sales and Marketing Processes and Practices.
• Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite; SAP, ERP-Systems and job-specific software systems).

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

1. Technical Support:

• Ensure reliable, efficient, and technically sound operations with minimal disruptions and high equipment uptime.

2. Maintenance Planning and Support:

• Achieve seamless maintenance execution, extend asset life, and prevent downtime through forward planned and structured maintenance activities.

3. Compliance:

• Ensure full regulatory and safety compliance, protecting assets, people, and reputation.

4. Customer Service:

• Maintain strong internal and external service reputation by resolving customer issues quickly, professionally, and within agreed timelines.
