About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Manager to lead the financial operations of a dynamic, fast-paced investment division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape financial strategies, oversee a diverse portfolio of investmentsincluding agricultural assetsand provide critical insights to support business growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations within the division, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Review, approve, and ensure the accuracy of statutory reports, including IAS and BAS, for timely submission.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring accurate financial modeling and reporting.

Lead the preparation and finalization of Annual Financial Statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Oversee tax computations, tax returns, and adherence to local and international tax regulations.

Supervise the preparation, analysis, and review of monthly and quarterly management accounts.

Prepare and present board meeting packs, financial reports, and related documentation.

Drive continuous improvement of financial systems to support evolving business needs.

Monitor debt management, loan schedules, liquidity, and cash flow.

Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification, to inform strategic decisions.

Provide financial insight and advice to executives, stakeholders, and investors.

Ensure efficient operation and development of the finance team.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification.
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management, ideally within diverse and international investment portfolios.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.

Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong relationship-building abilities.

Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
