Your Responsibilities Utilise strategic thinking to develop engaging, user-centric designs that exceed basic usability. Innovate features based on trends and user needs. Improve design quality during wireframe and UI reviews. Exceed design brief expectations with innovative solutions. Create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing UI designs that ensure user satisfaction. Anticipate future design trends to stay competitive. Master advanced design tools, guide others, and deliver top-quality designs. Collaborate on project scoping and lead projects to ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and client satisfaction. Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to meet deadlines. Mentor team members to foster growth, skill development, and design thinking. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration. Our Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in UX/UI Design 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points: Experience with motion design, 3D, or advanced prototyping tools. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions, innovative projects, and proven experience designing for web and mobile platforms. Proven track record of driving user engagement, satisfaction, and business impact through design solutions. Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, user-centered design processes, and accessibility standards. Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and maintaining consistency across products. Ability to translate complex user needs and business goals into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience working in collaboration with software developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a strong familiarity with iterative design processes. Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
