Job Description
We are looking for telesales agents who reside in or around Pretoria West
Job Requirements:
- Build Client Relations build rapport
- Service customers – be professional
- Well-spoken, confident communication skills
- Sales Ability be able to provide a professional sales pitch, overcome objections, and effectively close sales to the target market
- Target driven individual
- Probation period will apply
- Medical / Pharmaceutical experience will be advantageous
Candidate Criteria:
- Matric
- 2-3 years as a Telesales Agent / Consultant
- Clear criminal record
- Must be computer literate – Excel, Word, CRM
- Responsible, reliable, trustworthy
- Punctual
- Provide customer support
- Willingness to learn
- Target driven, energetic, enthusiastic
