Roles and Responsibilities INTRODUCTION: Location: Johannesburg Selby Contract: Permanent Available: as soon as possible Offer: Negotiable MIN REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate MUST meet the following requirements Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered: – A Senior Certificate Grade 12 – Previous experience/ maintenance background an advantage – Computer skills SYSPRO experience a must – Technical/ stores experience an advantage – Strong admin orientated – English as proficiency speak, write and read – Decision making, problem solving and organizing skills – Be able to maintain a multi-task focus JOB SPECIFICATION: The successful candidate will be responsible to: – Managing the maintenance schedule – Opening and closing of jobs on both Syspro and the maintenance schedule – liaising with suppliers for quotations and following up on orders – liaising with the procurement department for placing of orders – creation/requesting of material stock code – managing/monitoring the maintenance warehouse material/parts inventory – updating and ensuring the preventative maintenance schedule is up to date – ensuring that goods/material received are grveed on time – help with the general maintenance admin work e.g filling in capex forms, creation of project plans – be able to give reports to maintenance manager – send out weekly reports on completed jobs and scheduled jobs for the upcoming week to various hods ENABLERS: The position requires the following skills and attributes: – Excellent decision making skills – Good communication skills – Problem solving skills – Organizing skills – Be able to maintain a multi-task focus – Supportive – Committed Employment Details Employment Type: Permanent Employment Industry: Manufacturing Work space preference: Work Onsite Ideal work province: Gauteng Ideal work city: Johannesburg Salary bracket: R 0 – 16000 Drivers License: CODE B (Car) Own car needed: No
