Responsibilities:
Implement Montessori methodology to foster holistic development in learners. Support students academic, social, emotional, and physical growth. Foster a safe and engaging learning environment, tailoring your approach to each childs needs. Maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues to ensure the well-being and progress of students. Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: A recognised Montessori qualification (or in progress) and/or prior Montessori experience. BEd/PGCE (or working towards a recognised teaching qualification). Current SACE registration. Experience working with children aged 6-9 years. A solid understanding of Montessori philosophy and a commitment to authentic Montessori education. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong initiative, self-direction, and the ability to work independently. Effective time management skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple tasks .
