Debt Review Collections Agent
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming queries from clients.
- Ensure accurate information is captured in the systems (Tracker and ADA).
- Verify the completeness of the client’s file to prevent future issues.
- Address any incomplete files or issues promptly or escalate them to your supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their payments.
- Handle queries received through various channels (phone, email, in-person).
- Handle objections from clients intending to cancel the program.
- Resolve queries comprehensively to retain clients.
- Collect outstanding documents from clients (e.g., ID and payment records).
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with debt review software (e.g., Finwise).
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Multilingual skills are advantageous.
