Job Summary
Job Description:
This candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting at group level as well as offer advice to board members on possible investment opportunities for business development from a financial point of view.
Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Consolidated financial statements for a large number of entities
- Financial modelling and valuations for future investment opportunities
- Strategic involvement regarding business development
- Managing financial team to ensure accurate financial statements
Minimum
Requirements:
- BCom degree
- 10 years’ experience as a financial executive
- 5 years’ experience reporting to CEO or Board members
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
