Job Summary
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience.
- 3 Years in a workshop management / supervisory role, with a proven leadership track record.
- Previous OEM experience will be an advantage.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
- Motivate the workshop team of Technicians and Service Advisers (20 people) to achieve the budgeted productivity hours.
- Comply with all OEM standards (Isuzu, Stellantis and Subaru).
- Maintain work in progress, Cash Sales and NPS/CSI within benchmarks.
- Assist with resolving customer queries.
- Ensure excellent housekeeping.
