Experience: 58 years of operational risk management experience in the financial services sector. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Education: A relevant bachelors degree in Finance, Business, IT, Risk Management, or a related field. Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CRISC, CIA, or CISA) are advantageous.
