Employer Description Our Client is a Food Manufacturing company Job Description Our Client has an opportunity for two qualified individuals to join the company in the Capacity of a SHE Manager, the roles are based in Cape Town and Johannesburg consecutively: The successful individuals will be responsible for the following: Implementation of the SHE Management System Emergency and Crisis Managment plans Enviromental Monitoring plans Ensuring adherence to all legal SHE requirements and standards. Conducting internal and external audits across Departments and following up on deviations Overseeing SOP compliance, job observations, and safety registers. Coordinating SHE meetings and ensuring adherence to schedule Conducting mandatory EHS training for all employees annually Performing hazard identification and risk assessments for new equipment or structural changes Coordinating occupational hygiene and environmental surveys Qualifications B Tech/Diploma in Environmental Health and Safety or Equivalent Safety Management Certificate – SAMTRAC Auditor Certificate (SAATCA) will be advantageous Skills 3-5 Years Experience on the Same role Must come from the FMCG Background Strong knowledge of applicable SHE legislation and standards Ability to develop and implement comprehensive safety programs Benefits Provident Fund
