Responsibilities:
Event Coordination: Oversee the planning, communication, and execution of event details, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Client Engagement: Host site visits, prepare tailored event proposals within 12-24 hours, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Revenue Optimization: Work with hotel operations to manage venue inventory and scheduling to maximize revenue potential. Sales & Promotion: Generate future business opportunities through effective client interaction and presentation of the hotel’s offerings. Financial Administration: Manage invoices and ensure advance payment collection for smooth operations.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Matric (essential); a relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous. Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role, with proven experience in a hotel environment . Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities, along with knowledge of venues and facilities within the hospitality industry. Personal Attributes: A detail-oriented, collaborative individual with a growth mindset and a passion for exceeding client expectations.
