Bloemfontein: New Vehicle Selling Sales Manager posted by First Degree Recruitment

We have a great opportunity for a Ne Vehicle Selling Sales Manager with a dealership in Freestate.

Duties: Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, Recruit, train, and evaluate the sales team, Monitor sales metrics and generate performance reports, Manage vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions, Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in automotive sales.
• At least 1 to 2 years in a management role.
• Must have experience with a corporate branded dealership like Isuzu, Suzuki, VW, Ford, Hyundai etc.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid drivers license.
• Clear criminal record.
• Grade 12 or tertiary education required.
