We’re Hiring | Service ControllerForklift Truck OFS is looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Service Controller to join our team in Bloemfontein.This is a key role within our after-sales department, ensuring our service operations run efficiently while delivering the high level of customer service we’re known for.Key Responsibilities:Scheduling and coordinating field service technicians.Communicating with customers regarding service bookings and updates.Managing workshop administration and ensuring accurate records.Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of our service department.Working closely with technicians, customers, and management to keep operations running smoothly.We’re looking for someone who:Has excellent organisational and administrative skills.Can multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.Has strong communication and customer service abilities.Is computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office.Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work.Can work independently while also being a valuable member of a team.Previous experience in a service, workshop, or technical administration environment will be advantageous.At Forklift Truck OFS, you’ll become part of a team that values professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer service.
