• Process and manage payroll accurately and timeously
• Maintain creditor accounts and process supplier payments
• Manage debtors, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding accounts
• Capture and reconcile financial transactions and general ledger entries
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
• Prepare supporting documentation for audits and compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

Requirements

• Minimum: Relevant Accounting Qualification (e.g., Diploma or Degree in Accounting).
• Must have completed articles.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar accounting role handling payroll, creditors, and debtors.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and basic financial controls.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
