• Assist customers at the sales counter and via telephone
• Identify and source truck parts according to customer requirements
• Promote both new and used truck parts to maximize sales opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Prepare quotations and follow up on outstanding quotes
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Assist with stock control and inventory management
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Continuously develop product and industry knowledge

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in truck parts sales

Must have experience with one or more of the following truck brands:

• Scania
• Volvo Trucks
• MAN Trucks
• Mercedes-Benz Trucks
• Strong knowledge of new and used truck parts
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to identify parts accurately and efficiently
• Computer literate and familiar with parts catalogues and stock systems
• Valid driver’s licence will be advantageous
• Motor Industry experience Essential!
