Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a luxury spa or hotel environment. Strong understanding of spa operations, guest services, and wellness treatments. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Ability to drive revenue through effective scheduling, upselling, and retail initiatives. Exceptional organisational skills, with attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
