The Role: Customer Success Executive As a Customer Success Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of customer engagement, handling inbound enquiries and ensuring prospective clients experience a smooth, professional journey. You’ll work across teams to qualify leads, manage pipelines, and ensure clients understand and benefit from the company’s unique legal finance solutions. Key Responsibilities Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or client service role Respond to inbound enquiries from law firms, partners, and clients Qualify leads and guide customers through application and onboarding Keep the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) updated with accurate notes and statuses Liaise with underwriting and internal teams to progress deals efficiently Ensure timely follow-ups to maintain momentum and close opportunities Communicate professionally with clients, including those who may be vulnerable Share feedback to help improve marketing, processes, and customer experience About You 1-2 years in customer success, sales support, or account management Experience in lending or financial services is highly advantageous Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal English Comfortable engaging with legal professionals and end clients Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads Tech-savvy, with CRM experience (or a willingness to learn) Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a legal-fintech environment Available to work Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
