Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations in the cutting room. Manage production schedules and optimize material utilization. Ensure quality control in garment cutting processes. Handle factory opening and closing duties. Maintain strong attention to detail and quality assurance throughout all processes. Supervise and motivate cutting room staff, adhering to HR procedures. Ensure housekeeping standards are upheld in the factory environment. What Youll Need to Succeed: At least 5 years experience managing a garment cutting room. Proficiency with Bulmer and Gerber Salary – R30 000 – R40 000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience. This role is open to individuals looking to relocate to Cape Town.
