Minimum Requirements RE5 (Essential) Minimum 120 NQF Level 5 credits (FSCA recognised) Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser Proven commission earnings of R30,000 per month 90% persistency Comfortable working on a commission-only model from Month 3 Strong networking, prospecting and relationship-building skills Experience with Old Mutual, Discovery, Sanlam, Momentum, Liberty, PSG or similar will be advantageous.
