Cape Town City Centre: Financial Manager – Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities Oversee all site-level financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance Drive cost control initiatives and operational efficiency Manage month-end and year-end processes, ensuring timely submissions Liaise with the Financial Director and senior leadership on strategic financial matters Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls Requirements BCom degree in Accounting or Finance (non-negotiable) 57 years experience in financial management within a manufacturing environment Proven operational finance expertise, including cost accounting and inventory control Strong leadership and staff management capabilities Excellent Excel and ERP system proficiency Ability to work independently while collaborating across regions If you’re ready to take ownership of a sites financial performance and bring your manufacturing finance expertise to the table, wed love to hear from you.
