Cape Town City Centre: Sales and Account Manager

As a Sales & Account Manager, youll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of 80 existing stockists, ensuring is performing brilliantly in every store. Your key responsibilities will include: ● Growing the business in your region, looking for opportunities to drive performance! ● Managing the placement of freezers, in-store displays & marketing materials ● Placing and following up on orders, ensuring each store carries the right range ● Handling customer queries, activations, and day-to-day needs ● Monitoring account health – ensuring customers pay on time and relationships stay strong Youll also spend around 30% of your time identifying and securing new stockists. This includes scouting locations, responding to inbound requests, presenting the range and story, and managing the onboarding process for new partners. Some of your work can be done remotely, but this is a field-based role – youll regularly visit stores to build relationships and ensure is looking its best. ● If youre in Cape Town, youll be based at HQ in Salt River when not on the road. ● If youre in Joburg, youll work remotely and hit the road to visit customers Who You Are ● Personable, confident communicator – people enjoy working with you! ● Hands-on and practical – not afraid to roll up your sleeves (or clean a freezer!) ● Low ego, high team spirit – were building something epic together ● Commercially savvy – you think like an owner and look for growth opportunities ● Self-starter – you thrive in a fast-moving, independent role Requirements ● Bachelors degree (preferred) ● 3 years work experience (F&B / FMCG experience is a bonus) ● Comfortable with spreadsheets / Google Sheets ● Valid drivers licence and your own vehicle
