What Were Looking For A valid South African ID or work permit Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification At least 2 years experience in a professional kitchen (hotel or upmarket restaurant preferred) Hands on experience in pizza dough preparation, topping, baking, and oven management A culinary qualification or certificate (advantageous) Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP principles Excellent attention to detail and consistency under pressure A strong team ethic and willingness to learn and grow Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays What Youll Do Prepare and cook high quality pizzas and related dishes with precision and passion Manage your section efficiently, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation Assist with dough preparation, ingredient rotation, and mise en place Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene in your workstation Monitor oven temperatures and ensure perfect bakes every time Support senior chefs with daily operations and contribute to menu creativity Uphold the propertys standards of excellence and contribute to a positive team culture Why Join Here; your creativity is the key ingredient.
