? Key Responsibilities

Service and grow existing distributor and customer relationships.
Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and provide technical support.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Promote the full product portfolio and drive sales growth.
Train distributor staff and customers on product applications.
Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous external sales experience.
• Experience within the Industrial, Woodworking, DIY, Hardware, Tooling or related industry is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable).
• Comfortable conducting practical product demonstrations.
• CRM experience will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, planning and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel extensively, including approximately one week per month within the sales territory.
• Willing to attend one month of training in Johannesburg.
• Stable employment history and a clear criminal record.
