Duties & Responsibilities

Account Manager Support

Target-Assist account managers to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Managing Leads-Work with team to find new customers- indirectly, in our customer base and/or via partners or

other marketing tools.

Purchasing Procedures-Working with buyer to source product and best price.

Preparation of quotations for account managers.

Securing orders.

Place and follow up on orders through buyer or supplier.

Grow the profitability of the team.

Become an expert on the full product range by brand in our product portfolio.

Partner programs-Understand the OEM programs & claiming process.

Supplier Relations-Understand and forge relationships with our partners and suppliers, to assist in building sales

pipeline for target achievement.

Renewals, follow up and being proactive in annual billings (ie like calendar reminders to customers).

Tenders.

Having to learn the different licensing rules/models ie Microsoft & Adobe.

Administrative and general sales support for account managers

Acumatica-become proficient in the use of our accounting package for invoicing, delivery notes, backorders, stock

holding, reports, and account queries.

Supplier Contact-Follow up on client deliveries, PODs, returns, faulty stock for account managers.

Work with logistics team for release of invoice.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Most important Know Microsoft licensing.
