Dive into an exciting role planning and delivering Microsoft Cloud Immersion (MCI) Workshops to help customers understand, adopt, and maximize value from Microsoft 365 and Azure. Facilitate dynamic sessions, prepare cutting-edge environments, and convert outcomes into actionable recommendations. Youll also lead end-to-end Microsoft cloud projects, including mail migrations (tenant-to-tenant, hybrid Exchange, hosted Exchange, Google Workspace to Microsoft 365), Azure server migrations, and related initiativesfrom requirements assessment and solution design to scoping, quoting, implementation, and management. Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Role MCI Workshops
Deliver Microsoft Cloud Immersion (MCI) Workshops, including:
Microsoft 365 AI, productivity, & security
Modern work, endpoint management, and security scenarios
Azure and identity-focused immersion sessions
Prepare workshop environments, demo tenants, and supporting materials
Facilitate technical sessions, hands-on labs, and customer discussions
Translate workshop outcomes into clear technical recommendations and next steps
Work closely with Account Managers to convert workshops into follow-on projects
Secondary Responsibilities
Assess and understand customer requirements and design Microsoft cloud solutions using the Microsoft 365 and Azure stack.
Lead and execute complex migration projects, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption for customers.
Provide guidance and technical expertise to customers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer budgets, create accurate project scoping, and deliver competitive quotes.
Serve as a technical advisor and point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft cloud technologies, features, and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage multiple projects / pre-sales concurrently, ensuring adherence to project milestones, deadlines, and budgets.
Conduct technical assessments of customer environments, identify risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, project plans, and post-project evaluations.
Drive customer satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Required Skills & Experience
Must have Experience in a project role, working with Microsoft cloud solutions, migrations, and implementations.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex migration projects.
Strong understanding of sales processes, and licensing models related to the Microsoft cloud.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives,
stakeholders, and non-technical team members.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead projects, while also collaborating and
coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess customer requirements,
identify solutions and mitigate risks.
High level of motivation, self-direction, and the ability to handle conflicts and challenges with professionalism.
Proven experience in managing project budgets, tracking profitability, and delivering projects within scope and on schedule.
Proven experience in designing and scoping projects.
Experience in setting up hybrid cloud environments.
Proficiency in storytelling, white boarding and presentation.

Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate
Microsoft Security or Modern Work certifications
MCSE will be advantageous.
