Spa Therapist Luxury Boutique Hotel | Cape Town Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Spa Therapist for a luxury boutique hotel in Cape Town. This live-out role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional spa treatments and provide outstanding guest experiences. Requirements: Recognised Spa or Beauty Therapy qualification Previous experience in a luxury hospitality spa environment highly advantageous Knowledge of Africology, TheraVine, and TheraNaka products and protocols Strong understanding of hygiene, safety procedures, and professional spa standards Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to provide expert consultations and treatments, including massage therapies Experience managing bookings, client records, and spa stock control Proactive, adaptable, and creative approach to guest needs Loyal, committed, flexible, and professional team player Key Responsibilities: Deliver spa treatments and bodywork to the highest standards Conduct expert skin consultations and product recommendations Uphold spa philosophy and service protocols Manage bookings, appointments, and accurate client records Monitor and maintain spa stock and inventory Ensure accurate billing for spa services Participate in daily briefings and support management strategies Promote spa services to guests where appropriate Maintain spa equipment and report faults promptly Contribute to evaluating and improving spa processes and offerings Package: Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience Accommodation: Live-out To apply, please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Only candidates meeting the listed requirements will be contacted.
