About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and growth-minded manager to run the daily shop operations of our laptop and PC repair center, primarily serving B2B clients and corporate accounts. As a key member of our tight-knit team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through sales, account management, and building lasting relationships with local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Account Growth: Actively pitch our repair and maintenance services to new business clients; cross-sell and upsell services to existing corporate accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the face of the business for corporate IT managers and procurement officers; handle quotes, follow-ups, and service delivery.
- Workshop Oversight: Manage the daily workflow for our small team, ensuring client devices are repaired and returned on time.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coordinate our 8-person team to maintain high customer satisfaction and quick turnaround times.
- Problem Solving: Resolve client issues swiftly and professionally, turning complaints into long-term customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development (experience in a service-oriented industry is highly advantageous).
- Mindset: A natural salesman with strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written corporate communication skills.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate a small, fast-paced team.
- Drivers Licence: Valid South African Code 8 drivers licence.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required for this role; however, relevant experience in B2B sales or account management is highly advantageous.
