A growing business is looking for a commercially focused Cost & Management Accountant to provide financial insight that drives profitability. You’ll partner with operations to improve costing, budgeting and performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts
Develop and monitor budgets
Perform cost analysis and variance reporting
Analyse product and operational profitability
Improve costing models and reporting
Assist with forecasting and business planning
Partner with operational managers

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom Accounting, Finance or Management Accounting
CIMA advantageous
Strong costing and management accounting experience
Advanced Excel and ERP exposure
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
