Minimum Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate
• Minimum of 3 years’ Payroll Administration experience in a fast-paced environment
• Sage 300 experience (non-negotiable)
• Computer literate with strong Excel skills
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
• Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license
• Strong numerical and administrative skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and timeously in Sage 300
• Capture and maintain employee payroll information
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Process salary adjustments, deductions, overtime, and leave transactions
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliation reports
• Handle payroll-related queries and provide support to employees
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information at all times
• Assist with audits and payroll-related administrative functions
• Ensure deadlines are consistently met in a high-volume environment
