About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centurion: PreOwned Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through the sale of pre-owned vehicles while achieving maximum gross profit. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure a seamless buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell used vehicles while achieving maximum gross profit
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Follow up on all sales leads and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Ensure accurate completion of all sales documentation
- Maintain customer records and Customer Lifecycle Programme (CLP) activities
- Promote customer retention and repeat business
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in used vehicle sales
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Valid driver’s licence
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership systems
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
