Hennopspark, Centurion: RA LITIGATION SECRETARY & PERSONAL ASSISTANTMinimum Requirements:-Professional, highly organised and detail-oriented preferably female-Fully bilingual in Afr & Eng with good business English proficiency, and excellent communication skills-Minimum 5 years recent experience as a Litigation Secretary at a law firm a must -Recent experience in Third Party Claims / RAF matters a must -Strong understanding of Civil Litigation process-Independently functional and able to manage multiple priorities-Computer literate in MS Office, Court Online, Caselines and AJS-Strong organisational-, time management- and prioritisation skills-Able to work in a fast-paced professional environment-Stable employment record and contactable References -Residing in/near CenturionDuties:-Personal Assistant duties to 2 Directors (including business and private affairs) in separate businesses-Civil Litigation, RAF Litigation and Third Party Injury matters-Drafting of pleadings and notices, applications and basic legal drafting -Managing property portfolio and personal property rentals, and all aspects related thereto-General litigation- & legal administrative and secretarial duties and supportSalary: R 15 000 R 20 000 gross maximumE-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (Not as a link) and indicate Ref CR2820 and your gross salary expectation in context with offered amount.APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING ALL REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DELETED.
