Job Summary
Supports and maintains the Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows Servers and other applications installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, administration, account management and resolution of software and hardware issues as well as develops new system designs. Architect Microsoft Windows solutions for both internal and external customers to meet requirements in development, test, and production environments Architect design and ensure repeatable application of automated Microsoft Windows installation techniques, in development, test, and production environments. Provide company-wide state of the art technical direction and expertise regarding Microsoft Windows, leading the department into new technology areas that can positively affect the financial future of the company. Qualifications and Education Matric (Essential) ITIL Foundation Advanced Technical qualification for Accountable Service areas e.g. MCITP, MCS Experience required 4 Years Microsoft Windows Server Administration experience. Microsoft Windows server implementation experience 5 years relevant operational experience 3 years working experience in Capacity Coordinator or Configuration Analyst/librarian Microsoft Windows server implementation experience, Exchange, Active Directory and Powershell scripting experience Extensive experience in installing, configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows systems and Microsoft Windows applications. Network administration and management Strong Windows virtualisation experience Storage administration and management
