Centurion: Software Design Engineer

We are seeking a talented Embedded Hardware Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing hardware for cutting-edge embedded systems used in our next-generation products. Key Responsibilities Design and develop hardware circuits for embedded systems (microcontrollers, sensors, power management, communication interfaces, etc.) Create schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Altium, KiCad, OrCAD) Select components based on performance, cost, and availability Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration Prepare technical documentation, BOMs, and design specifications Assist in EMC/EMI testing, regulatory compliance, and design optimization for manufacturability Required Qualifications Bachelors degree Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field Strong knowledge of embedded hardware design principles Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (ARM Cortex, PIC, AVR, ESP32, etc.) Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools Familiarity with communication protocols (I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB, BLE, etc.) Experience using hardware debugging tools and test equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
