About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the SYSPRO ERP environment.
• Review existing system configurations and recommend improvements.
• Configure and manage complex Bill of Materials (BOM) structures.
• Support and enhance Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes.
• Design, implement, and improve workflow structures within SYSPRO.
• Manage and support commission structures and related system requirements.
• Utilise SQL to extract, analyse, troubleshoot, and improve system data and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve system utilisation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with production, operations, procurement, and finance stakeholders.
• Provide expert advice on SYSPRO best practice and implementation standards.
• Deliver ad hoc consulting and project-based support as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a SYSPRO Administrator, Consultant, or Implementation Consultant.
• Strong manufacturing industry background.
• Demonstrated expertise in BOM Setup and Maintenance, MRP, workflow configuration, SQL querying, and commission structure configuration.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, production, inventory, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical system improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and engaging with teams at all levels of the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in ERP systems.
