About the Role

Vine Recruitment is seeking a **Supply Chain Coordinator** at **Citrusdal**, a South African-based company focused on citrus products. This role involves planning, coordinating, and managing product flow across production units, packhouses, and markets, using supply data, packing capacity, and demand to guide daily operations. The individual must collaborate with procurement, marketing, and sales teams to optimize supply and demand solutions, issue packing instructions, and manage order adjustments and execution. They also build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage material planning and procurement, and prepare reports that highlight supply risks, packing progress, and market allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously plan, monitor, and coordinate product flow across production units, packhouses, and markets using supply data, packing capacity, and demand.
• Collaborate with procurement, marketing, and sales to determine the optimal supply and demand solutions from multiple production units and packhouses.
• Issue packing instructions to packhouses based on the supply and demand plan.
• Manage order adjustments and execution.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage material planning and procurement.
• Prepare reports that highlight supply risks, packing progress, and market allocation.

Requirements

• A relevant **B.Eng. or B.Sc. degree**.
• Strong numerical and analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate information into practical planning decisions.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately under time constraints.
• Self-motivated, driven, resilient, and humble.
