Purpose of RoleTo lead, coach and support the training team in delivering agreed KPIs and performance targets. The role focuses on implementing training plans, improving staff capability, and driving operational performance based on feedback, audits and recommendations provided by the UK leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership* Lead and motivate the training team on a day-to-day basis.* Conduct regular team meetings and performance discussions.* Support employee engagement and morale.* Escalate performance concerns .Training & Development* Deliver coaching sessions based on compliance findings.* Implement training programmes and refresher sessions.* Identify knowledge gaps and recommend development activities.* Ensure new starters complete onboarding requirements.Performance Management* Drive agreed KPI targets across the team.* Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance metrics.* Support underperforming staff through coaching and action plans.* Track improvement activities and outcomes.Reporting* Produce KPI and training reports.* Maintain training records and attendance logs.* Provide updates on progress and risks.
