Requirements Proven hospitality experience in guest-facing roles Strong waiter experience — non‑negotiable Excellent sales mindset and confidence in upselling Professional, well‑groomed presentation Solid computer literacy Excellent English (written & verbal) German language skills beneficial Valid driver’s license Clear criminal record Duties Sales & Guest Engagement (±30%) Act as concierge and confidently promote activities such as game drives and local experiences. Use check‑in as a key sales opportunity, guiding guests through available options. Dinner Host & Waiter (±50%) Provide professional, attentive dinner service. Ensure guests enjoy a warm, memorable, personalised dining experience. Operations Support Act as Deputy to the General Manager when the GM is off shift. Assist the Front Office by managing written communication with guests (±20%). Maintain smooth guesthouse operations and uphold service standards. Package ZAR 13,000–15,000 per month Tips Commission on activities sold (approx.
