Job Summary

A leading distributor of Wireless Broadband, Wi-Fi, Networking, Routing, VoIP, IoT, Fibre, Access Control and IP Video technologies. EXPERIENCE: Three to five years branch management/sales management/business development experience with knowledge in data networking equipment preferred. Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices. A proven track record demonstrating ability to consistently meet sales targets, with contactable references. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra in order to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, profits, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Must be results driven and customer focused. Strong communication, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer and employee issues. Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employees. Strong supervisory and leadership skills required to manage, motivate, and develop branch employees. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public. Ability to handle confidential / sensitive information in a professional manner. Ability to manage multi-functional tasks in a pressurised environment, prioritize and multitask. Knowledge of SAP Business One is advantageous. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess a three-year degree or post matric diploma in business management or 5-7 years relevant work experience. SOFT SKILLS: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrate strong work ethics. Show ability to communicate effectively. Possess strong interpersonal skills. Possess Problem-Solving skills. Must be a team player. Deadline driven. Leadership Skills. Customer Service skills. Communication skills.

Job Summary

Role Description The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for the sales performance and efficient daily operation of a branch, including operations, sales, customer service, security and safety. To ensure that all branch operations are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures, enforce the implementation of these either directly or through appropriate supervision Ensures that the branch office is properly staffed, assists in the selection of new personnel as appropriate and ensures that all customer service personnel are adequately trained both with respect to product knowledge and selling techniques to meet customer service needs as well as sales objectives.
