An industry experienced TRUCK & COMMERCIAL DEALER PRINCIPAL is required for permanent employment based at a dealership located in KwaZulu Natal.Experience:Minimum 6-8 years in a Dealer Principal role within the commercial motor industry or dealership environment.Proven track record of success in dealership management, with knowledge of sales, service, and parts operations. Education & Qualifications:Relevant tertiary qualification (degree/diploma) is advantageous.Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.Relevant industry certifications and training are advantageous. Skills:Strong business acumen with an understanding of financial, sales, and operational management.Excellent leadership and team development skills.Sound knowledge of truck and commercial product offerings, manufacturer requirements, and dealership operations.Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
