Recruitment Supervisor Department: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Reports To: Director Location: [Insert Location] Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Supervisor with a strong background in talent acquisition and headhunting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of recruiters to identify and secure exceptional talent for our clients. This individual must have the ability to listen, understand, and deliver on client expectations with precision, enthusiasm, and professionalism while fostering a positive, high-performance culture within the recruitment department. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Supervise: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring consistent performance and professional growth. Talent Acquisition & Headhunting: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and networks to identify, approach, and secure top-tier candidates across various industries. Client Engagement: Actively communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and job specifications to ensure accurate talent matching. Strategic Recruitment Planning: Collaborate with management to design and execute recruitment strategies that meet business objectives and client demands. Performance Management: Set, monitor, and achieve recruitment targets while ensuring the team meets deadlines and delivers quality results. Quality Assurance: Ensure recruitment processes are followed with attention to detail and high standards of candidate evaluation and presentation. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative, positive, and motivated team environment that promotes knowledge-sharing, problem-solving, and innovation. Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports on team progress, placements, and recruitment metrics. Key Requirements: Minimum of 35 years experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Proven success in talent acquisition, headhunting, and client relationship management. Exceptional ability to identify, attract, and evaluate top talent. Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management abilities. Positive, bubbly attitude with a passion for recruitment and people development. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
