Job Summary
One of our Telematics clients in Durban is seeking an experienced and driven Regional Business Development Manager to join their Durban branch. Qualifications and experience: Matric Bachelors` degree – Business Admin / Marketing or related No less than 5 years` experience – B2B sales / business development / branch management within Saas / Telematics / technology / vehicle tracking / fleet management industry Must have led a team successfully Track record of regional operational success Key skills: Leadership Communication Negotiation Leadership Business development Branch management Market analysis Sales forecasting Sales management Problem solving Excellent communication Relationship building Decision maker Strategic Key performance areas: Branch operations: Cost management, branch profitability, inventory management, vehicle and branch inspection and maintenance Team management: Employee retention, travel claims Cold calling New customer acquisition Lead generation Training Customer retention Stock management Job checks Driving compliance Technical issue resolution Customer support Form part of product development discussions – new product launches Sales and revenue analysis Quarterly business reviews
