Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities: Stock Control: GRV in all return trims – for all departments – check picture on sync & Clive to hand over stock sheets upstairs Process all carton transfers from warehouse to other destinations Process all carton adjustments where there is a writeoff / discrepancy Process stock adjustments for incorrectly entered trims / outwork / piping / stock given to pattern makers / cancelled orders – for all departments Trims Administration: Check what trims have been sent for the day and update sync for all departmens Check list of what was meant to go vs actual gone get update from assistance and update sync and chase. Deal with issues trims co-ordinators are having Deal with issues trims assistance are having Go through trims issue emails and direct to correct trims team make note on sync today as diary for all departments Check recons and re-direct if trims to be returned for all departments Chase return trims on cancelled orders for all departments – close jobs off once all fabric and trims returned Chase trims dep for top up trims / red tasks Trims to send truck delivery list daily – new task sending to Production once received as one mail Review workload for Trims team at the beginning of each month and reassign tasks where required based on workload
