Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and contributing to client-facing Workday projects, taking full ownership of one or more functional areas from design through to deployment
- Building and configuring integrations using Workday Studio and other integration tools
- Developing integrations with Identity Management systems, Payroll platforms, and ERP systems
- Understanding end-to-end HR/HCM business processes and gathering data requirements to support migration workflows
- Creating transformation logic and modelling data for various business flows
- Conducting unit and end-to-end testing to ensure seamless implementation
- Collaborating across HR and Financial transformation teams to deliver innovative, value-driven solutions
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Workday HCM Core certification/expertise
- Workday Integrations certification/expertise
- Proven experience in HR transformation projects
- Strong competency building integrations on Workday Studio
- Experience with Identity Management and Payroll system integrations
- Solid understanding of relational databases and ERP systems
- Knowledge of HR process flows and data modelling
