Branch Manager – East London

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operations of the branch
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Monitor and enhance the branch’s financial performance
• Conduct market research and product analysis
• Manage staff performance, workflow, and daily outputs
• Ensure operational cost control and strict budget discipline

Specific Functions

• Achieve and exceed branch sales targets
• Drive product visibility and brand awareness in the region
• Manage daily branch activities effectively and efficiently
• Maintain accurate stock records, controls, and reporting

Key Requirements

• Proven managerial experience in a retail or depot environment
• Strong sales background with the ability to drive revenue
• Reside in East London or surrounding areas with knowledge of the local market
• Physically fit with a valid driver’s licence
• Computer literate with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Remuneration

• Basic salary with commission and bonus structure
