About the Role

The Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain a culture of accuracy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of manufactured components and assemblies
  • Ensure all products comply with engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
  • Identify, record, and report all non-conformances
  • Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment (verniers, micrometres, bore gauges, CMM, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation
  • Compile inspection reports and quality certificates where required
  • Ensure strict adherence to document control procedures in line with company and ISO standards
  • Assist with root cause analysis of quality deviations
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Ensure adherence to company quality policies and procedures
  • Support internal and external (customer) audits when required
  • Promote a strong culture of quality, accuracy, and accountability
  • Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Project teams
  • Provide timely feedback on quality-related matters
  • Escalate critical quality risks through the correct channels

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Quality Inspector role within a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and specifications
  • Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical ability
  • Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office suite)
