Job Description
– Receiving and processing customer fuel orders
– Capturing and releasing orders within the ordering workflow system
– Following up on on-hold orders and outstanding payments prior to delivery dates
– Conducting cash checks and releasing orders upon approved payment confirmation
– Handling customer account queries and reconciliations
– Managing back-order reporting and clearing orders once confirmations are received
– Assisting sales representatives with volume reports and pricing confirmations
– Following up with Logistics regarding released but unplanned orders
– Monitoring and responding to customer emails and enquiries professionally and efficiently
– Assisting the Logistics team with route planning and truck capacity optimisation
– Participating in a rotating after-hours standby schedule (1 week per month)
Minimum requirements:
– Matric Certificate
– 1–3 years’ experience in Internal Sales or Administration
– Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
