Salary: R18,000 R20,000 DOE Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Lodge Manager for a luxury private game reserve in the Eastern Cape. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-end bush environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining world-class operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee food & beverage, housekeeping, and garden services within an exclusive-use luxury villa Deliver personalised and professional guest engagement tailored to high-end clientele Lead, motivate, and inspire a hospitality team to maintain exceptional service standards Manage administration, budgeting, ordering, and stock control processes Assist across additional lodge operations when required Ensure all operations align with established best operating practices Maintain high standards across all areas of the guest experience ? Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience within a 5-star luxury villa, lodge, or international hotel environment Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations essential Solid housekeeping management experience Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and HR management skills Hospitality Diploma or equivalent qualification required Strong administration and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with ResRequest and SAGE advantageous Professional English communication and hosting abilities Positive, energetic, and hands-on attitude Ability to work long hours and manage time effectively Willingness to work a 6-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off cycle (operationally dependent) ?
