Site Manager
Seniority Level: Mid-Career (4 – 6 yrs exp)
Region: Mpumalanga
Type: Contractor
Qualification:
- Mechanical Engineering National Diploma / BTech / BSc Engineering or higher
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ milling plant maintenance experience
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all site operations and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards
- Manage and mentor site supervisors and technical staff
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and resources
- Monitor performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
