Site Supervisor Mechanical Fitter
Report to: Operations
Seniority Level: Mid-Career (4 – 6 yrs exp)
Region: Mpumalanga
Location: Ermelo
Type: Contractor
Qualification:
- N3 with trade test as Mechanical Fitter
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years milling plant maintenance experience
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- Valid milling plant PSR authorisation
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mechanical fitter teams on site
- Ensure equipment reliability and performance
- Conduct routine inspections and report faults
- Implement maintenance schedules
- Support training and development of team members
